In the media management, the media files can also be uploaded to the cloud.
To do this, storage space must be rented from an Internet provider, where the files can then be uploaded via SFTP under a domain and a URL address derived from it.
Cloud data for offers
Since high-resolution images and especially videos of high-quality stones cannot be attached to an eMail for offers due to the very high data volumes,
one or more links to the URL addresses of the cloud files of this stone are assigned to an offer in the form of an HTML eMail for each position.
So the customer can comfortably view the pictures/videos/certificates of the offer position in his internet browser from the eMail.
Cloud data for WebShopps
The media files available in the cloud can also be used for WebShops, in which in the store article corresponding links to the URL's of the media files in the cloud are deposited.
