User rights
- During data processing, the user name is entered in all tables, who last changed a data record.

Label printing by script
- For label printing we received more and more individual formatting requests, which could not be solved with a standard label printing any more
- For the execution of complex formatting functions, we have introduced a script-based labeling, with which an enormous extension of the possibilities is available
- it is now even possible to incorporate customer-specific calculation and logic functions in label printing.
Label printing in multi-user environments
- different printers can now be selected for script labels for different workstations

- All printer settings are stored centrally in the database and thus also saved

Updating the stone class texts
- If in the administration of the stone types for their quality characteristics the texts have been changed subsequently (e.g. abbreviations to save space on the label), these abbreviations can be automatically transferred to the corresponding stone classes via an update process.

Splitting of stone cans with multiple stones (for homogeneous lots)
- is an extraordinary new feature that increases the complexity and the possibilities of the software enormously
- especially for industrial stones, which are kept ready in larger quantities in a can, there is the possibility to take partial quantities out of the can and transfer them to a derived "partial quantity can".
Introduction of customs tariff numbers
- Each stone type can be assigned a customs tariff number
- The tariff number is assigned to the stone when it is transferred to a transaction.
When printing lists, the numbers of pieces, carat numbers and values of the stones can be summed up according to customs tariffs.
Also the speciality of rubies, sapphires and emeralds in the USA is considered.
Presentation module
- Here stones can be presented, i.e. sales transactions can be mapped, both in the office and in the field. (See field service business)
